Kyden's 1 year old!

Kyden's Birthday party didn't start out to great. We almost had to cancel it. Kyden was sick and we couldn't figure out why he wasn't getting better. The previous week he had the flu. Turns out the doctor didn't give him the meds he was supposed to and gave him the wrong thing. Kyden go sick from his flu :( So we had to get a chest x-ray to rule out pneumonia. This is a pic of Kyden's chest. Looks great. They gave him meds for his flu and gave us the ok for the party (as long as his fever didn't come back)

So we had the party! :)

 Kyden does this new creepy dance where he tilts his head down and looks up. Super creepy!

 Kimmy made the cake. Everyone ate the 2nd one before I could take a pic It was frosted and said "Extra Cake". It was funny. She made is since we had a ton of guests.

 Last Thursday Kyden had his 12 month appointment. He had to get 2 shots in both legs and 1 in each arm. He wasn't happy about it. But by the time he got home he was his happy-self

Hello World! Guess who!!!! Well I'm leaving! I'm getting transferred! Her is a video....well here you go...

So yesterday Mandze opened her call! She said she is going to Guatemala City, Guatemala. We all laughed and said "no really, what does it say" Sure enough, Guatemala! Crazy huh? She gets to surve where Mike was born!! The ironic part is they already have a trip planned next year to go down there! I hope that we can afford to go! That would be awesome to see her! Her uncle Jerson lives down there so I'm sure they'll see each other often :)

This one is from Halloween at the fundraiser for Melyssa. I didn't realize that we got a pic of Kyden. Mandze helped us a ton with him. 

 This is a pic of Kyden about 2 months ago! Kyden's birthday party is this Saturday so I'll update more pics of his first year of life.

 Kyden was so good for Kim when she was taking the picture. It was so cold though in order to get him to smile we had to throw him up then hurry up and pose! It was funny. His faces in these pics are so funny!

Kyden turns 1 this month!!!! On the 15th and we are so excited! It really has been a blessing having him in our lives. We love this gospel and are grateful to have eachother in our lives for eternity! I'm blessed to be sealed to you! We love you very much! Here are some pics of us that Kim took recently

Here is Kyden and his puppy. The pup LOVES Kyden. He doesn't have a name yet. Mike is thinking Slink/Slinky from toystory, or Pippin the hobbit since the puppy is so short. I like Pippin because then I can call him Pip squeek. The pics of him sticking his tongue out are funny. When he sees you do it, he does it back to you. I wasn't doing it so I couldn't figure out why he was. Then I realized he was copying Belle the big dog.

 

 

So I don't know if I've told you but Kyden is walking! It's crazy! I can't believe it! Jonathan he is so beautiful. I don't know how anyone can have kids and not believe in God. More than than I don't know how anyone can have kids and not care to be sealed to them! I'm grateful for the gospel and grateful for you! You are a great example. I feel bad because Mike's cousin just went to serve in seattle. He's struggling and wants to come home. I think dad has prepared you, and you have really prepared yourself for this mission. That has been wise of the both of you. Thank you so much for being such a great example to my Kyden. We three love you very much. Also I just got permission from Marquie to send you her address...I just gotta get it from them haha. I'm also sending you an email with your buddies email addresses you asked for :) We put up our first Christmas tree. Here are some pics :)

 

 

 

Kyden does this cute/retarded smile whenever he sees the camera. I don't know if it's because he thinks the flash is funny, or if he just knows to smile. He also says "cheeeee" its funny
